About AF general-purpose transistors

Infineon's AF general-purpose transistors offer breakdown voltages of up to 100 V and high collector currents of up to 1000 mA. These devices can be used for most of the general applications.

AF general-purpose transistor portfolio

Infineon offers a wide portfolio of AF general-purpose transistors that covers nearly all applications in automotive, industry, consumer, communication, and datacom. AF general-purpose transistors are offered in various packages (SOT23, SOT89, and SOT223), both polarities (PNP and NPN), and single and dual configurations.

Design support

Infineon offers simulation models for general-purpose transistors to support customers in the design process. A SPICE model library is provided for simulations. PCB footprint and symbols are also provided to support customers in the layout process. PCB design data is provided for major layout software such as Altium, Eagle, Mentor, Cadence, MWO, and ADS.
