Overview

The ICE5QSBG 5th-generation quasi-resonant flyback PWM controller offers high performance and a complete suite of protection to increase system robustness in AC-DC power conversion. Novel QR quasi-resonant (patent pending) switching limits the spread of switching frequency between high/low line input and thus lowers the EMI signature. Designers can lower system design costs by using higher switching frequencies and smaller magnetics.
