About

Entry line of MCU will provide the best cost to performance ratio.  This is ideal for applications which still wants the performance from a Arm Cortex M33 core, but do not require the higher speed ADC or the HRPWM.

  • 100MHz Arm Cortex M33 with DSP and FPU
  • Memory up to 256KB flash, 64KB SRAM, 16KB I-Cache
  • Analog 12-bit, 6 MSPS SAR ADC
  • Real-time control, 16 x 16 bit and 4 x 32 bit TCPWM's, power conversion timers
  • Packages:  48 or 64 pins

The Main line of C3P will offer the best performance possible for high performance power conversion applications.  This is ideal for high efficiency and high power density SMPS or digital power supplies which plans to incorporate WBG switches such as SiC or GaN.  With the integrated 12-Msps ADC and <100 ps HRPWM, the Main line MCU will still have plenty of utilization headroom to perform other system functions as required.

  • High performance analog 12-bit, 12 MSPS SAR ADC
  • Real-time control, 16 x 16 bit and 4 x 32 bit TCPWM's, power conversion timers
