Overview

The CY9BFx1xN/R series consists of a maximum 40 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M3 MCU with 512 KB + 32 KB of flash and 64 KB of SRAM, and peripheral functions such as USB, external bus I/F, various timers, ADCs, and communication interfaces (UART, CSIO, I2C, and LIN).
