Infineon provides the Peripheral Driver Library (PDL) v2.1 to simplify software development for the FM0+ and FM4 MCU portfolios. PDL v2.0 also supports the FM3 portfolio.

This page provides archived SW and release notes for previous Peripheral Driver Library (PDL) releases that are supported on Cypress' FM MCU Portfolio.

Differences with PDL v3.0.x, PDL v2.1.x, and PDL v.2.0.x

Differences with PDL v3.0.x, PDL v2.1.x, and PDL v.2.0.x consists of below PDL Version:

  • PDL v3.0.x - Supported Architectures: PSoC 6 MCU
  • PDL v2.1.x - Supported Architectures: FM4, FM0+
  • PDL v2.0.x - Supported Architectures: FM4, FM3, FM0+
